Web Surveys

NSØN Opinion Research uses state-of-the-art Internet based research technology. We provide questionnaire development, programming, data collection and tabulation for online surveys. We complete Web-based research studies on time, on target and on budget. NSØN uses the SurveyFever™ panel of Web survey participants.

Telephone Interviewing

NSØN Opinion Research specializes in CATI telephone interviewing. Our core business centers on collecting high-quality, accurate, useful survey data. We can easily conduct very large-scale telephone studies from our modern call center. We also provide multi-lingual interviewing.

CATI Programming

The NSØN staff of CATI experts program research questionnaires precisely to our clients’ specifications. Simulation disks of all programmed questionnaires are available for client review before any fieldwork begins.

Coding Open-ended Data

After fielding is completed, NSØN coding experts carefully review the collected data and develop clear, meaningful categories for organizing the responses given to each open-ended question. All responses are then coded into client-approved categories.

Tabulation

The NSØN data processing staff can produce any type of table you need for specific research projects. If you require banners, marginals, cross tabulations or a special request, let our staff know exactly what you need and we will make it work.

Voice Capture Capabilities

Answers to open-ended questions administered during a telephone survey can be recorded. NSØN makes this easy for our customers by recording voice-data digitally in a .WAV file. The recorded data can then be burned onto a CD and shipped to a client. Voice-capture creates a permanent record of actual open-ended answers.

IVB (Pre-recorded Messages)

The modern dialing system NSØN uses allows pre-recorded messages to be played to respondents during an interview. IVB technology can also be used efficiently to deliver pre-recorded information to answering machines. IVB is an important tool that can be useful in many different types of research studies.

Focus Groups

NSØN focus group services include hosting, recruiting, qualifying and scheduling focus group participants. We have skilled, professionally trained moderators on staff. We can record, videotape and transcribe group discussions, analyze the collected data and prepare research summaries for clients.
